Who was your favorite author when you were little? What book did he/she write? Mine was Roald Dahl and his book, Charlie and the Choclate factory.

how young of a kid? if like really really young, then Richard Scarry (sp?) was the ****. But if it was older than that, I was way into the Harry Potter series by whatshername.

I loved Dr. Suess's "THE LORAX" .. its such an awesome book...and "One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish"

I also really liked Shel Silverstein's books... like.. "A Light In the Attic" "Where the Sidewalk Ends" because they are filled with weird poems.

But ya.. "The LORAX" <3 by Dr. Suess & "THE GIVING TREE"<3by Shel Silverstein were my ultimate favorites.
They are both kind of.. depressing and sad..but really good.

When I was about 11 my favorite author was whoever the author of Ender's Game is, now it's Clive Cussler. That movie coming out, Sahara, is based off one of his books.
