Do you prefer to read non-fiction or fiction books? It depends for me. I usually read fiction books just because they use the imagination and such. But some non-fiction books are just as good.

I prefer non-ficiton. Although there are a couple good fiction books i read, like 1984, by george ohman or something. Pretty good book.

Most of the time, fiction. But their are some pretty good non-fiction books about WWII. WWII fascinates me more than anything else....don't know why.....

....both.
I read everything. I have yet to read something that didn't satisfy me. Fantasy, Biography, Auto-Biography, Fiction, Mystery...whatever. I'm usually reading a few books at a time. I read whichever one i feel like reading at thattime.
current read: The Da Vinci Code, How to Get Rich, & Angelina Jolie's: Notes From My Travles

I like fiction the most. I have a ton of books I wanna read at the moment. I don't know, non-fiction is a little boring to me. It's just factual. I like reading some biographies and autobiographies, though.

Fiction. I don't really like non-fiction, too much real-world stuff for me. I like reading fiction, because I can get lost in another world, one that I would like to actually live in. Dragons, sorcery, swords, adventure, treasures, all those kind of things. I love those stories.

If I wanted to read anything for fun, I would go with fiction.

Depends on how I feel at the time. If I feel very politically active, then I'll go and buy a book out of the Current Events section. If not, I'll go Sci-Fi/Fantasy.

I read anything as long as it can keep me entertained and I dont zone out at the peak of the book

I read fiction, I can get the realistic stuff in school or the news. I read nonfiction occasionally, but reading is more of an escape for me. And in that fiction I pretty much read fantasy books, because it gets me out of the world Im in...which is kind of like escaping. It's something I do to get away when things are bothering me.

both. Unfortunately even so called "non" fiction isn't real. It may have what the author thought was true... but I even see most of the news as fake and don't get me started on politics...

I often wonder why they did that myself. It used to be so confused by that in grade school.

I'm reading non fiction more than fiction now, probably because of school... I wish I could read novels more but I haven't finished the ones I've started so I'm stuck in purgatory.

Fiction. I already know most of what there is to know about reality for my sake.

Definately fiction. You can just do so much more with the story, and its much more interesting in my opinion

Non-Fiction.
Most of the stuff I read about are different cultures, or the histories of different countries and wars they've been in. I can get into a nonfiction book just as much as a fiction book, maybe even better 'cause for me, I kind of picture myself in that time period and culture, and wonder what I would be doing.
...And I love history.

I like both. As for that whole sci-fi type of stuff that most people know then know. There are hwoever some very good sci-fi books that dont follow the typical space-fighter love story crap. I do like Non-Fiction thouhg alot too.

I can't decide. I find fiction just as interesting as non-fiction. But if its non-fiction, its gotta be autobiographical.

Fiction.
The realms and limits of reality bore me.

I prefer the fiction. Sometimes the non-ficition is okay, but I always hate the real dull ones, like journal entries and biographies where they get too technical and/or practical. I like working my imagination, not blubble blub. Sorry, just lost my train of thought. Really tired... I'm going to take a nap now....

I mainly stick to fiction but I have read non-fiction on occasions. I prefer the imaginative properties that fiction provides.

Eh, I tend to stick with Fiction, but don't get me wrong, I read Non-Fiction as well. Just I enjoy Fiction a lot more.

Fiction. The only thing I read that is non-fiction is something relatively close to fiction, like paranormal, mystery, witchcraft... Something along those lines...

I like reading and watching stories of real events, but it can't be like a history lesson or I'd get bored with it. I like fiction a lot and I can use my own imagination as I read it and analyze it myself.
