lifting weights every day isnt good.. it shrinks yourmuscles and stresses them out, your supposively (recommended) to work out every other day, what i do is arms for one day, then legs, the arms..etc..

your muscles wont get enough rest to work out completely and uwont be able to max out often

I lift weights whenever I work out at the gym, which is about everyday. I work out a different part each day. Chest one day, legs the next, etc.

I do it about three times a week, on average which isn't much.

I don't lift weights everyday. However, I am usually doing some kind of exercise at least every day. If I'm not lifting weights, then I'll be doing exercises like push ups, crunches, six inch leg lifts, and jumping jacks.
On the average, I lift weights every other day. I don't go to a gym, but I do have a weight bench with a bunch of bars down here in my basement ( where my computer is also ). I like to do forearm curls, benching, tricep extensions, regular curling, etc.

My max in benching is 240 lbs. and I usually curl 110 lbs. on both arms for sets. ( That's why I have the 16 inch biceps ;) )

I ride my bike pretty much everyday too. I get a good bit of exercise from that.
