I'm assuming you are talking about AMVs (Anime Music Videos). If so, then I don't see any problems with posting a link to a already-hosted video. Please don't try and attach it to your posts. It'll just be way too big.

First of all, it's images of other anime to make my own anime...

Second of all, I made it with Movie Maker v2.0...

Third, I have no host....
