um... i wrote this a while ago... i saw the new poems section and said "what the hey?" here ya go...
It must be hard for movie stars
To act everyday.
They remember lines or read cue cards
But either way’s o.k.
It must be hard for teachers
When their students scream and shout.
They never do their homework
And they always run about.
It must be hard for Osama
In his stupid little cave.
With little food or water,
Its unlikely he’ll be saved.
It must be hard for Sadam
Cuz he’s running out of time.
If he doesn’t answer,
The US will commit some crimes.
It must be hard for army men
To fight for us, you see.
They die in the line of duty,
Just to protect you and me.
It must be hard for astronauts,
That fly up into space.
With every step, they go so far
For all the human race.
It must be hard for you
To see me tragically in love.
You’d rather I let go of you
And soar like a dove.
It must be hard for me
To start without the slightest chance.
But I won’t give up, till you and I,
Take love’s eternal dance.

hey, new poem!! i stayed up till midnight writing this last night. i couldnt sleep, and then all the words just came to me, so i figured "better write it down b4 i forget" here it is:
I walk up to you
as it begins again.
My emotions stir
from deep within.
Your big, warm eyes;
all i feel is cold.
Your soothing voice;
yet i feel so old.
You talk to me
and my guilt returns.
This fiery passion
so ready to burn.
The night is still
but my mind goes on.
So much i want to say
but all my nerve is gone.
I begin to speak
as the moon shines bright.
All my doubts and fears
put on hold for one night.
My words gently flow
like the wind thru the trees.
But i can't help but wonder
what you see in me.
You look at me in ways
i've never seen before.
Life skips a few beats
and my pain is just more.
Should i say all the things
i've kept hidden inside?
Three little words form
and i prepare for the ride.
I touch your heart
and i fall to my knees.
As the darkness grows
inside of me.
I walk away
for once... happy... and then:
From the ashes, i realize...
i'm born again.
well, there you have it... another poem from yours truly. :riiight:

i can make poems
but yours are a lot better
ill post mine,
there are so many things that i desire
that i dont require
like that stuff bout my life
my life that has some sort a meaning
whatever that meaning is i dont know
cuz there is some one in my way
way of my life
my path
but still there is always that thing out there
that will show up and appear
at the moment when you least expect it
but without it
ya just wont live
it isnt that good but we all start somewhere.. :)
