Yankees. The A's suck this year, and the Red Sox are the Red Sox. The Angels were the best team, but they have too many injuries. The best team in the NL is the Dodgers right now, but they will fade and the Yankees will play the Astros in the World Series and the Yanks will win.

uh... im a girl and all, but i like baseball too i live in iowa but i do sorta like the marlins, not really though. the team i root for incredibly suck i must say but the cubs are my fave team they are the closest team so yeah but my dad likes the cardinals so i guess they are pretty good too and i have to say, they ARE better than the cubs!!

Honestly, My feelings go to the white sox, Uribe will be a star in the next 3-5 years,the fact that Magglio Ordonez will probably be the MVP this year ;), but really the best team is no doubt the Yankees, They have a team that can possibly compete with an all-star team, but there lack of confidence and chemistry pulls them back.

loses to red sox,red sox give up 4 errors and the yankees give up 3 runs in the bottom of the 9th.

Even tho I haven't been into sports for almost 10 years, I would say that my fave baseball team would still have to be the Chicago White Sox. Plus Frank Thomas is one of the only awesome players that hasn't changed teams 400 times, and I really respect him for not selling out.

The best team in baseball is probably the Yankees. How many games ahead of Boston are they? Like 8?
What sucks about baseball is that a lot of teams don't really have a good chance of winning because they might not have as much money as other teams do. There needs to be a salary cap implemented in baseball like in Football. It's just ridiculous that the Yankees have won 1/3 of the world series championships so far. That would be fine if there were only 3 teams, but there isn't. The only reason that the Yankees are so goos is because of money....

I'm hoping that my home team ( The Pirates ) will do a lot better this year. They don't look too bad so far. They're only 3 games under 500, but they are in a tough division. The St. Louis Cardinals have the best record in the entire MLB...even better than the Yankees. And the Cardinals are the team that is leading the Pirates' division.

Even with Jason Giambi out a lot of the season, and other injuries, Yankees still almost has the best record in the whole league. It doesn't really matter though since Yankees will get home field advantage if they make it to the World Series. St. Louis also looks good though.

St. Louis have the best record. Yankees are just about a couple games behind. Yankees do have the best record in the AL though, which is all that matters to get home field advantage through the playoffs.
