I believe sometimes you have to poke fun of racism by using racist jokes, Heck i used racist jokes against my race.
if you make a racist joke infront of someone of that race and they laugh to it signifies that they understand it
they know of their backgrounds. lineage is important because that is what the biggest problem if racism is, a defile or removal of someones racial heritage (slavery example)

its nice to see you pulled out the dictionary for this one kid.. but the definition of the word is not what were talking about. i myself went to a VERY diverse school, i live in southern california, and out of all the places ive lived in my life i can honestly say ive never been a place with so many ethnicities.. and i think that is one of the most amazing things ever. and maybe that is why i am hypersensitive to this subject. sure, maybe you can find a common ground through these childish jokes, but as there is diversity in race there can also be diversity in views.. and some people dont take comment like these so lightly. so you can try and justify your little jokes as much as you like.. but the point is, people do take these things seriously at one point or another, and even if you dont mean to be malicious, you arent helping anything by turning something that can be taken as such a serious offense into a game..
