Homeworld 2

It really can't be THE best game created by human kind. But, I've played it, and its pretty good. I've played the whole Homeworld series and loved the innovative 3-D space RTS gameplay. The plot makes it even more interesting and the multi-player is fun as hell. So, while not being THE best game, its up there.
