If you skate get yourself a goddamn Lib Technologies (yes the snowboarding company) deck, not only does Lib Tech make amazing snowboards, they make AMAZING skates as well, massive pop, long lasting, and they're slick decks, that's right, SLICK, F*CKING FIBER GLASS COATED, *****EZ! The single most beautiful deck I have ever skated is a Lib Tech, and after skating one for almost a year I finally messed it up and just bought my friend's from him today. The deck will run you $60, but it is very reliable. Here is something you can take for fact: Most companies have the wood plies of their decks stamped together by machine. Companies producing blank decks (no graphic) generally stamp 9 decks at a time (in other words, really ****ty quality), companies making decks with graphics (like Enjoi, Baker, Girl, etc.) usually stamp their decks 6 at a time, Element and Zero I know stamp theirs 3 at a time, BUT LIB TECH HAS THEIR DECKS HAND STAMPED BY EMPLOYEES ONE PLY AT A TIME, and they are quality checked.

And on a finishing note, I will add that Tony Hawk is a poser. No clue why I feel like saying it seeing as how no one has mentioned this assbag of super proportions, but it's true, and I must say I hate Tony Hawk almost as much as I hate police.

wow... i don't know where to start. ok, here goes: if you read my post again, you'll find that i never said being a skater makes you have bad test scores. i said skaters have bad test scores... this didn't mean every skater, either. i have seen skaters get pretty good scores. rarely happens, but it does happen.

i honestly believe that we should drop this right now. we all are being immature. chaos... pigsociety... darkphire... and me. chances are, niether side is going to back down. so there are 3 people against me... i don't care. i'd fight against this entire forum if it came down to it. this 'argument' could literally go on forever. i've spoken my part and so have you 3. if you have anything more to say to me, do it all in one, huge post. i'll be back to read your replies one more time. hopefully, you guys understand where i'm comin' from now, as i have learned where you all are coming from.

2 late for the virtual and grammatical mosh pit i see.

yeah i skate. skated since the 1st day of summer.

started with a flip tom penny deck, independent trucks, red bones bearings that went on forever, and shorty's hardware. all this free from my friend.

then i went and got a blind complete since a custom would cost 25% more about. so now i skate on blind team cross bar, blind trucks, lifetaker bearings that will be great by end of this week, and death metal hardware. of course all that is blind stuff. but my trucks were designed by rodney mullen :p

if ur a skater than instant message me so we can talk, since before this all the ppl i talked skate to was my skating crew, which only has 5 ppl who know what their talking about, 1 could barely ollie though :uhh: so yeah IM me so i can talk to someone bout boarding and get a brand new opinion on things

well, i heard this rumor that skaters are all dumbasses who pretend to be punk. and emo. sometimes goth, too. from what i've seen at my school, the rumors are true. i consider skating a waste of time, as a car is a better way to get around. i can do tricks in my car, too. when i do those tricks, i need to get a lawyer to "sponsor" me. that said, skating is pointless and stupid.
Skateboarding has nothing to do with transportation.

So far my best trick is an ollie :P. The board I got needs to be built and Im gonna do that today when I get homr from basketball.
