NCAA... fixed?

I was watchin the UTEP maryland game, and i noticed something, The Refs would make bad calls, and i mean really bad, even the announcers, acknowldged all the crap calls. Maryland,( a big east team) would get every call, and i have noticed that in past tournaments as well, like all they want is Big EASt teams, so they make it alot easier for them... Which i think is bull, anyone else notice?

maryland isnt a big east team... i dotn pay much attention to the things but im guessing there an SEC team...

but my final four is 2 big east teams and no 1 seeds

North Carolina vs UCONN

Pitt vs UCONN

i didnt mean conference wise, I meant that there a big team, from the east, and another thing adding to my theory, Syracuse, maryland, last years champs, both won there games that were close to t he end, with BAD BAD BAD calls. And you know what that means for NCAA and Tv stations? Better ratings more money, alot more than to little teams like UTEP and BYU.

I am convinced, yet another small conference team whos better than there opponent, lost, in the final seconds down by two, due to a NO CALL, and an obvvious one at that, announcers, news casters, new it, so why didnt the ref who was onl;y 4 ft in away, didnt see it, or call it? along with other no calls later in the game? i hate to be a conspirest or whatever the hell you call it, but i really do believe something is going on..

No, I don't think it's fixed at all! The refs make bad calls cuz they either don't see it or they don't think its a penalty. The announcers go along with it so they actually sound like they are going along with the game and not in their own little world. Don't get all worked up about it because it's not that big of a deal...it's only a game and nothings going to last forever. They'll get new refs then it will all be better.

yeh I mean the refs crap up all calls even the annoucers were pissed, I mean calling when two people are diving is gay

THey've had some of the same refs for 5+ years.. nothings changed. There is no way that a ref who is four feet away, can miss the call when, its obvious on tv and to the announcers who have courtside seats. Come on now, you and i both know, bigger schools have the edge over smaller schools, thats why calls towards the end of a close game usually help them out.. i've seen it happen plenty of times in the past years.
