Finally, the Cubs have signed Maddux to a 3-year contract. Now, with Prior, Wood, and Maddux (in addition to Clement and Zambrano, who aren't as de-pantsingly awesome), I have but one message to the other teams: PREPAER 2 B PWNED!1111!!!17
I think this is a bad move on teh cubs..... they had the central division last year and dotn need maddux hig salary to get them over the bump...... nor should barowski be the closer....
but yes For soem reason i cant remember one of the cubs starters.....
*excluding clement.... because he sucks big cajaones.....
Well the cubs staff should be
Prior
Wood
Zambrano
Cruz
*insert 5th stud pitcher here.... i cant remember hwo it was*
but yeas if the cubs gave cruz a chance hed be something special.... ive always liked him but with maddux his cub days may be over.... aswell as Flash Gordan...... "best closer in a cubbies uni*

You always say Cruz should be in the line-up, and with Cory Patterson back from injury, he is on his way to a 30-30 season. But what is wrong with maddux, a all-the-time 15 game winner in the 3rd spot of the cub's rotation? his high salary will pay off when they get far in the playoffs, hopefully they play against the white sox and the white sox whoop em, but about the cubs pitching, clement in fourht and zambrano in 5th is good for there rotation, wood is first, the prior, then maddux the veteran who can help prior and wood out, which are still young. so what i think on this is that its good, although his fantasy values might go a little down, his ERA will be better than last year

well the Cubs are good now, if it wasn't for last year's catch they might've faced yankees in world series

All I know is that the Cubs has a good team this year and that Prior got injured....I think.
