I didn't see the half time show, or the whole super bowl, but I heard about the Janet Jackson boob incident and saw a clip of it. I think it was fixed or atleast it seems that way. It just so happens Janet remembered to put on a patch over her nipple, and coincidentally TV is allowed to show a boob as long as they have patches over their nipple. They probably planned it so the Super Bowl could get more attention and more publicity for Jackson. I think Justin meant to do it and Janet knew it was going to happen as well as whoever planned the superbowl half-time show. The patch gives it away..

that was no sticker thing around her nipple.. that was a nipple piercing and it wasn't like Lil' Kim's outfit. If you look really closely at her boob, you can see a bar through the nipple and that bar is holding the star piercing.. later

Everyone has figured that A) The flash was planned. B) Either MTV planned it or Justin and Janet.
