what race?

ok for warcraft 3 frozen throne, i usually play as night elves. but recently i canlt win wit the expansion pack, so i wanna go a different race since night evles suck and are weak now. out of the 4 races which would u suggest, caus ei can play humans ok, and i like that blood mage. so out of the 4 races would u suggest me to stay wit night evles and find a new strrat, or change race.

Humans= Spell breakers are good against night elves and kinda weak vs undead but humans have always been my higher point
Orc= I hate these dudes, no help for you
Undead=Frost Wryms with there freezing ability and top your armys off with those statues because of heal
NightElf= from expereince, these dudes rape gryphons because there magic-proof

But you dont have to lisen to me cause im not much of a melee fighter so i might not be much help

UD is where it's at. Nothing beats a good UD player. Unfortunately I'm not that great a WC player, it's just a "for shits and giggles" kinda thing for me. But I do know that UD own.

I personally suggest you use Night Elf. I do, and I find that they're very easy to use and win with. Chimaeras are really good when they have backup (like Hippogryphs). Also try to throw in some Faerie Dragons because those plow through casters. Also, put in a Mountain Giant too, and continually throw the enemy off with Taunt. My favorite Hero to use with Night Elf is the Keeper of the Grove, because Treants are great for harassing, and Entangle is a really good hero killer too. If you like to use more than one hero, definitely go with a Warden. Shadow Strike is the best hero killing skill in the game, in my opinion, and Avatar of Vengeance is amazing when you're attacking the enemy's base.

If you're really intent on switching races, though, then I suggest you go with Human. They're also a very easy race to use. I reccomend using a combination of Sorceresses, Riflemen, Knights, and Gryphon Riders. If your enemy is using a lot of Shaman, Necromancers, Banshees, or Druids of the Claw, Spell Breakers are a must for getting rid of those pesky debuffs like Faerie Fire and Cripple and putting on those kickass buffs like Roar and Bloodlust. As far as a hero goes, I can't stress the Archmage and Paladin enough. The Paladin should stay in the back lines with your Archmage and heal, making sure that he doesn't die so you can keep using his Devotion Aura. The Paladin is severely under-rated in team games, because there's really nothing like an army of fully-upgraded Knights with a Scroll of Protection and a level 3 Devotion Aura on them.

I don't play Melee games much but Night Elf is good. The Chimera's Acid takes out buildings like crazy. Shadow strike is the cheapest herokilling move ever and Avatar of Vengeance, man that move is cheap.

Dude, I'll SLAUGHTER any UD with my Orc, even with their sissy lich/dk hero nuke. I have the perfect counter unit for that cheesy strat. PM me and I'll show you.

well i just got a great technque that i figured out wit humans, now i've been owning all the noobs, and getting into good players now. My strat is something that no expects to encounter. I usually go wit a good base defense, wit a hero killer tower, and a scout tower, wit a wall around my peasants wit farms, and a hole so they can milita out. Then once i teir up to a castle, i just go all knights. but sinc eit takes a lil while to get up to a castle, i send all my footmen into the enemy base, so my upkeep goes down, and they are all gone, then my enemy thinks thatrs my force, and i send in around 12 or so kinights, wit the animal thingy upgrade, so its like taking on 12 heroes, and i own there asses, then i'll send in a few rifle men. And i only get 2 heroes, a blood Mage, and a paladin, god i love them so much on level 6 and above.

The Phoneix spell for the blood mage owns. get a super pwerful phoneix lay a egg go at it again. :)
