ok I just started this thread to talk about the nominees and the winners and who do you think should have won what globe. Which ones did Lotr: The return of the King win? I think Johhny Depp should have won one, Pirates was such a good movie.

yes but was he the best actor? Bill Murray did a great job as a modern day 'Ethan Frome' in lost in translation. (hey i bet about only 2% of this forum know who ethan frome is)

all award shows today are to political, and have to many egos speaking out of their asses to be worth the time
and the peoples choice is usually just a populartiy contest, in which i bet johnny would deffinatly win (note: girls want him, guys wanna be him... like MJ)
anyway as i was saying
its so political that even deserving nominees dont get awards they deserve, which is sad... thats why i dont take these shows seriously
