Games you just dont want to end

At the end of really good game i sometimes get a feeling like it really shoudln't be over.

I felt this for mgs's ff7, devil may cry, front mission 3 and alot other.

Lezze...I hoped Zone of the Enders would never end, that is, the second edition, 2nd Runner. The N64 Zelda games...uhhh...well...I dunno...I'm really into games as much as I used to be.

devil may cry and Guardian's Crusade. especially guardian's crusade. Devil may cry was an ok game that was good but 2 short, so i wanted it long.

but GC was a great RPG!!! It was only 1 disc though. Some lag at the after battle sequence and some VERY MINOR other flaws, but I personally loved it. shoulda been longer.

as for FF, how many discs u want? 23? 4 discs is a lot unless you adicted or use the guide

i didnt want halo to end. i know halo 2 is comin out but y in the world is it taking so long? they just keep pushin the date farther and farther back and i'm sick of it! i want halo 2 now! NOW! ha i'm ok.

and i wish nba street vol. 2 didnt end. after u beat the career mode thing there is nothing to do except single game multiplayer.

Well..I didn't want Ocarina Of Time to end. That game was so great...its still one of my favorites. Well...I really have't played many games that were that great but from what I've heard I won't want KH to end but I'll just have to play it and see.

nah rpg was a good length..... a little short but you got a good story outta it..... put paper mario gave the game a bad name.... squaresoft's early rpgs were underated....


FF7 was a big one..... i remember beating it on my cousns memory card..... good ending but the game should have been longer (in heinsight) technology back then was limited......

in todcays games Lets say True Crime:Streets of LA...... i love the game more than vice.... its fighting aspects really put it on a new level and the story was pretty decent....... what it lacks is a replay value.... the game could be beat in like 8 hours if you jetted through it and did the minimum.... but if they added mroe side storiesx the game would be a greatest hit....

I didn't want Final Fantasy VII or IX to end because after I got into the story enough, I wanted it to just go on. Because in a lot of games and television shows, after it ends, you feel a little sad it's over.

If it were my decision i'd have it so almost all the games I played didn't end. Beating the boss is always supposed to be the best and most exciting part of the game, but in most games I try to avoid the boss for as long as i possibly can. As long as the boss is alive there is always a reason to play the game. I think the hardest game to stop playing was Grandia 2. it had one of the best storylines I've played through and some really cool characters, but allas, it had to end. :disgust:

I never wanted Darkcloud 2 to end (storywise) even though its replay value is through the roof! Seriously theres so much you can do once your done with chapter 7! Max stats on weapons, fix up Georama to look beautiful in all towns, Catch super fish, max stats on fishing rods it goes on! This game is awesome... however it would be stronger if they continued the story to like chapter 10 or something... i was really liike... gimme more! when i finished both endings

Hmm... i dunno about never ending... that would be a horrible thing to do to games. seriously. if something like that happened, we'd have many DBZ-like games, that seem to go on forever when you just want to get to the next chapter or whatever

Ya know, every good game is just a game you never want to end. Like FF7, FF9, Ocarina of time, and Majora's mask were all games I never wanted to end, but my want for the adventure to go on kept me going. That's why they should make the ultimate game that you download more parts of the story from the internet. Not like one mission, but like downloading new story lines constantly and keep going until the main character has to die of old age and a new, better story comes.

Kingdom Hearts was like 56 hours of playing(completing it fully) and it felt like the end was just rushed. The boss was too easy. I heard they are making a kingdom hearts 2 or something.

final fantasy 7, but not in the sense like Advent Children because at the end of the game it takes place 500 years later with a scene of Red XIII/Nanaki and his two children running to the top of a cliff and looking down upon the ruins of Midgar. if square ever decides to make a sequel to this i suggest that it take place 500 years later to truly follow the ending of the game.

Devil May Cry. Great game, one of the best action games out there.

And a lot of shorter games i didnt want to end, because i HATE when games only take a day or two(thats why i still havent bought .hack).

And although there are a bunch of games i never wanted to end, i always feel a great sense of pride when i beat them, like ive really accomplished something.

JSRF was, and is, an awesome game. but the 9th chapter, after the end, is just weak. instead of RESPRAYING EVERYTHING, at least make a sequel....
