Thats the idea of steam. Is not to go to the site to download the patch, but to do it automaticly. Its still beta practiclly or might as well be. I've never had problems with any p_models. Steam was buggy for me when I first used it but it works perfect now. I think your PC is just shit. :dunce:

Heck its only like what? 3.78 GB's or so? Thats not that big at all. Any gamer wouldnt think so, and I just so happen to be one. Get used to the 3 GB games Sora because thats how they'll all be. Keep up with the industry. Sheesh.

That's nothing compared to Metal Gear Solid 2. That's almost 7 GBs.

i kinda like steam... it easy to use, more user friendly than CS v1.5, easy to navigate. Steam though, has one problem (to me), you know in CS v1.5, the graphics look more extreme, you know like the veins on your person's hands and stuff. It was more detailed in my opinion. Now, CS v1.6 is not as good looking.

i hate steam, every day it has atleast 1 pointless update that needs to install, and i think its just a waste of space

I have a few questions:
1. What does Steam do?
2. Do you need a copy of the original game for Steam?

Yeah, they're all gonna be like that, but that doesn't mean they're any less big now.
