um.... pokémon.... digimon had a christmas commercial on fox kids...... um........ it was christmas time in the last two oh my goddess eps.

Yup! I saw that one!

Robotech (Macross Saga) has one, where Hikaru and Minmei are celebrating with a cake and end the episode with a kiss.

Uhm.. Love Hina.. I'm pretty sure that Tenchi Muyo had one. For sure Pokemon and Digimon had one. I'm not sure, but probably Fighting Foodons?

Tenchi has a whole big thing in the Daughter of Darkness movie about Christmas. and Big O! That's my favorite ep, the christmas one! Yeah Jazz Jingle Bells!
