Ippo has been licensed!!!! Why???

I'm sure get very responses, but for those of you who have been DLing Hajime no Ippo through Bittorrent, I'm sure you have noticed that it is no longer available. That because, according to my friend, it has been licensed!!!! Does anyone know by who, and when it will be released? This always happens to me, I get into a Subbed anime, then BAM, it's licenced an becomes about twenty times harder to find. Thank god my friend still has it all on his comp.

I've never heard of this anime you speak of. Doesn't animsuki.com have a liscensced list? Leave it to us Americans to ruin a good anime series. Damn CN...... A company probably saw that this series was getting popular so they decided to liscense it to make money.
