Real Bout High School (I don't knoe, but the grammar... i guess... i had to repeat it to myself several times before getting used to the fact it's title doesn't really make sense to me)

A lot of them are strange when compared to American comic, novel, television, or movie titles.
Most of these genres in America try to have a 'catchy' title, but most anime/manga will usually have a straight forward title (Love Hina, Cowboy Bebop, Great Teacher Onizuka).

chobits isn't that weird... if you think about it... chobits is just about a perescome (sp?) that could think on it's own, and they call those chobits.

Yu Yu Hakusho means "Poltergiest Report." (Ghost Files is close enough, but I can smell an X-Files mockery) The fact that Yusuke had a similar letter ("yu") is probably a gag.

Fooly Cooly is the weirdest anime I've ever seen. But it's also one of my favorites. I highly recommend it. It's also hilarious at times. OH Yeah and Fruits Basket is reaaally weird with all those names, like "Hyper strawberry switchblade". Kinda clever though, I like it.

It's actually very good, in my opinion, though only 6 episodes long.(Not Finished.) The person in my avatar, at the moment is Dark Schneider from it. Haha!! I love him cause he always seems to strip himself.. Yummy!

at first Fruits Basket sounded weird, but when you watch the anime, it turnes out Fruits Basket is a game the main character Tohru played as a little girl. So it does actually have a meaning.... (it didn't till that was explained lol)

'chobits' is the name of the rumored persocoms, that are A.I. and dont have a OS. and since chii is a chobit, it does make sense. and as for love hina, the story is set at the Hinata Inn (most of the time) and its a love story. so there ya go.

Blue Seed does make sense for the title since it has exactly that in it-Blue seeds shaped like 9s.

Furi Kuri is a wierd name to call an anime...especially once you find out what it means.

Icouldn't figure out if this was wierd names or animes so I'll go with the latter.
